Exterior Residential Restoration

This home was built with composite fiberboard siding, susceptible to moisture damage. We installed a solid wood drip edge around the house perimeter to cover and protect the existing damage and prevent future damage. This is inexpensive and the lower trim helps to add beauty to the home.

Once carpentry is completed, we oil prime the bare wood and other areas to prepare everything for the finish coats. This project had a lot of weathering, but with proper prep and painting it’s beautiful again!
